Socium Coatings was selected to provide professional painting and wallcovering services for Level 2 of a large-scale facility totaling over 100,000 square feet. The 16,000 square foot scope focused on preparing the space to serve as a future medical suite for the Northside Hospital Surgery Center.

Executed in partnership with McCarthy, the project involved multiple phases and mobilizations. Socium adapted seamlessly to the evolving schedule and scope, ensuring continuity and coordination across each stage. This flexible, phased approach was key to maintaining progress without disruption.

One of the project’s most notable achievements was its cost efficiency. Through careful planning, resource management, and close collaboration with the general contractor, the work is projected to come in significantly under budget—demonstrating Socium’s commitment to delivering value without compromising on quality or standards.
