To start, we thoroughly prepared the unpainted concrete exterior, using powerful water tanks for pressure washing and an 85-foot boom lift to reach every section safely. Once cleaned, we applied a premium two-part primer that seals the surface and guarantees lasting adhesion. This was followed by durable topcoats designed to withstand the elements while delivering a sleek finish.

Throughout the process, we coordinated closely with Netrality to keep daily operations running smoothly, scheduling our work to minimize any disruption for their staff.
