The LifeTime Fitness in Sandy Springs is an approximately 92,000-square-foot, three-floor facility designed to provide a premium fitness and wellness experience. Its open layout and modern finishes create a bright and inviting environment that supports a wide range of athletic and recreational activities.

The facility includes aquatics with pools and spa areas, family and youth zones with recreational and learning spaces, multiple fitness studios for varied training, courts for sports, and wellness areas like the LifeCafe and spa that promote health and community.

Socium Coatings contributed to this project with comprehensive finish solutions across all three levels. The scope of work included paint applications to unify and brighten common areas, Scuffmaster coatings in high-traffic corridors and locker rooms to ensure durability, and wallcoverings in select studios and lounges to add depth, texture, and acoustic comfort. These finishes together enhanced the building’s design, balancing functionality with an elevated aesthetic.
