Inspire IT Lab Relocation

Socium Coatings completed the coatings scope for the Inspire IT Lab Relocation, a data center and partial tenant suite buildout located on the 3rd floor of 3 Glenlake Parkway in Sandy Springs, covering approximately 5,000 square feet. The project required precision and consistency to align with the technical demands of a data-driven environment while maintaining the aesthetic standards of the client.
Our scope included painting gypsum board walls, ceilings, and soffits, as well as exposed concrete columns and exposed ceilings, along with electrostatic painting of elevator doors and frames. A key priority for the client was ensuring consistency with other Inspire Brands suites within the building, requiring careful attention to detail and finish matching across all surfaces.
Partnering with Barnsley Construction, our team maintained the project schedule through close coordination and proactive communication, including recommending adjustments when needed to keep work on track. The result is a cohesive, high-quality space that meets both operational and design expectations within a fast-paced, technical environment.
