Socium’s inaugural high-rise residential project is a 28-story, 577,898-square-foot tower that includes 350 units, an underground parking garage, two ground-floor retail spaces, and extensive resident amenities. This striking, stair-stepped design stands out as a distinctive feature of the Midtown Atlanta skyline.

Socium Coatings completed a major repaint project at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (HJAIA) Concourse T-North, one of the many facilities that support operations at the world’s busiest airport. The project focused on restoring the appearance and performance of previously coated structural and architectural surfaces, helping maintain the high standards expected within one of the most heavily traveled transportation hubs in the world.
Our scope included comprehensive surface preparation and the application of new coating systems across existing surfaces throughout the concourse. Careful planning and execution were essential to ensure long-term durability while enhancing the overall appearance of the space.
Working in an active airport environment presented unique scheduling and logistical challenges, where timing and coordination were critical to project success. Through close collaboration with project stakeholders and disciplined field execution, our team successfully completed the work on schedule, meeting all key milestones while maintaining our commitment to quality and safety.
This project is particularly meaningful because it contributes to the ongoing improvement of a facility that connects millions of travelers each year. Being part of the continued growth and maintenance of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport reflects Socium Coatings’ experience in complex aviation environments and our ability to deliver results in highly operational settings.
As shared by the Senior Project Manager, “Success is peace of mind which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you made the effort to become the best of which you are capable.” — John Wooden. This philosophy was reflected throughout the project, as the team worked diligently to deliver a successful outcome for one of the world’s most iconic airports.
