Pre-Construction Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to become our next Pre-Construction Manager. This person will be responsible for day-to-day management of estimators, servicing existing clients and generating new business, negotiating contracts, and reviewing/participating in bids following company standards. The Pre-Construction Manager will actively participate in the growth/development of the estimating team.

Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced individual to join us as our next Senior Project Manager. The purpose of this role is to plan and control all aspects of assigned projects to ensure profitability, quality, safety, and schedules are maintained at acceptable levels. The Senior Project Manager will promote high morale, maintain open lines of communication, and nurture vendor and client relationships. This person will be responsible for all administrative phases of the assigned projects, as well as coordinating with and supporting assigned project managers and superintendents.

Project Manager

Foreman: We are looking for an experienced individual to join as a Foreman. The purpose of this role is to oversee and coordinate the work of a team of workers on a construction site. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining productivity. The Foreman will act as a liaison between the workers and management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Painter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints, stains, and coatings, and performing touch-ups as needed to ensure a high-quality finish. The ideal candidate should have experience with various painting techniques, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in commercial settings.
