Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for subcontractors who:
- Maintain General Liability and Workers’ Compensation Insurance
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to jobsite safety
- Deliver quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Communicate professionally with clients, Project Managers, and field personnel
- Have the manpower and resources necessary to support commercial projects
- Can provide references from recent commercial projects
- Consistently meet project schedules and commitments
- Operate with integrity, professionalism, and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
Preference may be given to firms that:
- Employ supervisors with OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 training
- Have experience working in occupied commercial facilities
- Have successfully completed projects for General Contractors, commercial property managers, institutional clients, or government agencies
- Can satisfy project-specific badging, security, and background check requirements
- Maintain a favorable safety record (EMR below 1.0 preferred)
- Hold Minority-Owned, Veteran-Owned, Small Business, Tribal, or other recognized certifications
