The Anthem Technology Center is a 21-story Class-A office building that features 352,000 square feet of office space. This entire area is fully leased to Anthem, Inc., which has been rebranded as Elevance Health. The building has achieved LEED® Silver Certification, indicating its commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency. Situated close to Tech Square, it functions as the IT hub for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield in Midtown Atlanta. Additionally, this office tower includes an exterior terrace on the eighth floor and shares a city block with the Anthem I project.
