Socium Coatings delivered the full coatings package for a new 85-acre Public Safety Training Campus, providing interior and exterior finishes across six major buildings and a complete Mock Village. Our work included Building A (Leadership Center ~17,680 SF), Building B (Academic ~59,000 SF), Building G (Kennel ~4,900 SF), Building I (Firing Range ~41,100 SF), Building J (Training Fire Station ~13,650 SF), and Building Q (Fieldhouse/Gymnasium ~6,260 SF), along with four structures within the Mock Village—a two-story house, motel and store, night club, and gas station—totaling over 8,000 SF. We also completed coatings on approximately 3,200 linear feet of pasture fencing at the Stables.
Our scope of work included full interior and exterior painting, installation of whiteboard wallcovering, and collaboration with Ritz Interiors on the acoustical wall panels. The wide range of building types—from classrooms, offices, and a burn building to a mock city, firing range, gymnasium, kennels, and equine facilities—required coordinated planning and precise execution.
Security was a major challenge on this project, as daily protests at the site created strict access requirements and frequent operational constraints. Through disciplined communication and consistent coordination with the project team, our crews maintained progress and upheld quality expectations.
This campus represents an important investment in public safety training, giving sworn officers, civilian responders, firefighters, EMS, and E-911 staff a place to train locally and collaboratively using modern, harm-reduction-focused methodologies. The scale and purpose of this facility make it a meaningful contribution to the community and a project our team is proud to have supported.

Socium’s inaugural high-rise residential project is a 28-story, 577,898-square-foot tower that includes 350 units, an underground parking garage, two ground-floor retail spaces, and extensive resident amenities. This striking, stair-stepped design stands out as a distinctive feature of the Midtown Atlanta skyline.
