Our scope included painting gypsum board walls, ceilings, and soffits, painting hollow metal doors and frames, and completing the caulking of hollow metal frames to walls and acoustical ceiling tile grid systems. The facility required both functional restoration and visual enhancement, with finishes designed to support the demanding environment of a modern healthcare setting.
Working within an active hospital environment required a quick turnaround and close coordination with the project team. The accelerated schedule was further challenged by overlapping trades and a significantly reduced timeline. Through daily coordination, staged execution, and rigorous quality control checks at every phase—from preparation and priming through final coats—our team maintained progress while delivering consistent, high-quality finishes.
The completed renovation resulted in a clean, uniform, and professional environment that supports both patient care and clinical operations. This project highlights Socium Coatings’ ability to perform in healthcare environments where precision, adaptability, and execution are critical to project success.
