Originally finished in 1980, this ten-story building spans 200,000 square feet and represents the final constructed work of architect Marcel Breuer.

The renovation was a collaborative effort between Socium Coatings and Winter Construction, encompassing a thorough and intricate redesign. It carefully integrated natural light while preserving the building’s distinctive Brutalist style. Among several innovative approaches, Winter employed advanced construction techniques before demolition to identify and protect irreplaceable architectural elements. Additionally, 3D modeling was used to coordinate the complex systems of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.

The project features a two-story auditorium, open atriums, administrative offices, and flexible space for future development.
