Socium completed the epoxy flooring and painting for a new vehicle processing center for Southeast Toyota, the world’s largest independent distributor of Toyota vehicles. The facility handles vehicles arriving by train, which are stored and processed on-site.

Spanning a 300-acre site, the center features 12 buildings equipped for repairs, accessory installation, fueling, and other services. Worker amenities include a wellness center, nature trail, fitness center, meeting spaces, and a café. This state-of-the-art facility replaces an older center located nearby.
