Building on Socium Coatings’ impressive portfolio of completed projects in Athens, we collaborated with McCarthy Building on a new 70,000-square-foot facility. This six-story structure, which includes a mechanical penthouse, features classrooms, teaching labs, support rooms, faculty and staff offices, administrative spaces, and dedicated areas for postdoctoral and graduate students. Additionally, the facility offers collaboration spaces, small and large conference rooms, biosafety laboratories, walk-in cold storage rooms, centralized core labs, and an avian vivarium.
