Socium Coatings provided the coatings scope for the new Vogel State Park Visitor Center, a 7,276 GSF facility with a maximum floor area of 6,000 SF and a building height of 34 feet. Our work included all first-floor interior spaces as well as key exterior elements designed to complement the park’s natural setting.

Our scope covered detailed interior and exterior painting, along with a range of supplemental finishes essential to completing the building’s rustic aesthetic. This included targeted paint touchups, staining beams and lintels, finishing trim edges, and completing caulking at countertops and door jambs to ensure clean, durable transitions.
